Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels and scripts that access information on a device. Their use and any consent requirements depend on their purpose and the rules that apply.

Website storage

Enquiry and booking form details and training search/filter selections stay in the current page's memory. The website does not save form drafts in browser storage.

The Review Lab stores only the last scenario's numeric index in local storage under eliLabLast, so the next visit can offer a different example. It stores no name, contact details or learner answers.

Analytics consent choices are not collected while the banner is disabled. A previously saved choice under eliconsult.analytics.v1 can remain in your browser but is not used in the current configuration. Hosting, authentication and security services may use their own necessary storage to provide access and protect the site.

Google Analytics cookies

On eli-consult.com, Google Analytics 4 loads automatically. The consent banner is currently disabled, and previously saved analytics choices do not control measurement. Analytics is not loaded on private previews or local development addresses.

When allowed, Google Analytics can set _ga and a property-specific _ga_ cookie to distinguish visits and sessions. This integration configures a one-year cookie lifetime; cookies can be renewed during later visits. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain denied. Google processes the analytics information under its own privacy practices.

Managing cookies

You can inspect, block or remove cookies and local storage through browser settings. There is currently no analytics preference control on the website.

Blocking technologies used for authentication or site security may affect access. Removing cookies does not delete information already sent to Google or through a contact channel.

Chat service storage

LiveChat’s script is loaded only after you open Live chat. The requested chat service may use cookies, local storage or session storage to identify a visitor and secure or continue a conversation. Closing the chat window does not necessarily end the provider session or remove its storage. You can use browser settings to inspect or remove that storage.

Links and form delivery services

An external link may open a service with its own cookies and privacy practices. The contact and training forms open FormSubmit’s verification and confirmation flow when submitted. That service uses its own security technologies, including reCAPTCHA, and may use cookies on its pages. Review that service’s information before sharing data. EliConsult does not control the browser storage used by external websites.
