How EliConsult’s website handles business enquiries, training booking requests, analytics and technical website data.

Who this policy covers
This policy describes personal information associated with the EliConsult website and business enquiries. EliConsult is responsible for the enquiry information it receives. Separate agreements may cover learning programmes, platform projects and client data.
Information you provide
A business enquiry may include your name, organisation, work email, selected service area, message and request for an introductory call. Please share only the information needed to explain your requirement and avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential learner records.
The contact form submits these details to FormSubmit, which processes the request and emails it to hello@eli-consult.com. Its verification and confirmation flow opens when you submit the form. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. The website does not save enquiry drafts in browser storage. If verification or delivery fails, do not assume the enquiry was received.
Training booking requests
A training request includes the booking contact’s name and email, company and designation where applicable, requested track, participant estimate, preferred dates and country. You can optionally provide a phone number, specific module, delivery mode, format, location and additional learning requirements.
The booking form submits these details to FormSubmit, which processes the request and emails it to training@eli-consult.com. Its verification and confirmation flow opens when you submit the form. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. We use the information to discuss availability, programme arrangements and the proposed booking. Requested dates do not create a confirmed booking or a service agreement.
The website application does not store booking requests in its own database or save form drafts in browser storage. Once a request is emailed, it is handled through EliConsult’s training mailbox. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential learner records.
Live chat and WhatsApp
The Live chat button loads LiveChat only when you choose to open it. LiveChat processes chat messages, contact information you choose to provide, and technical visit information needed to deliver the chat service. Once opened, the widget can remain available as you navigate this website. Conversation records are handled in EliConsult’s LiveChat account under the provider’s practices and the account’s retention settings.
The WhatsApp button opens an external WhatsApp conversation with EliConsult. We do not load WhatsApp tracking code on this website. Any messages you choose to send are handled through that service. Opening either contact channel is independent of website analytics. Please avoid sharing passwords, payment details or confidential learner records in chat.
Technical website information
Hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.
Google Analytics
On eli-consult.com, Google Analytics 4 loads automatically to measure page visits and selected contact and training-request interactions and help us improve the website. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled by this integration.
Our event code does not send enquiry or booking field contents, email addresses, phone numbers, URL queries or URL fragments to Google Analytics. A contact- or training-request submission event records an attempt to submit the form; it does not confirm delivery or a booking. A contact lead event is sent only after the enquiry service confirms acceptance.
You can inspect, block or remove cookies through your browser settings. The website currently does not show an analytics consent banner or apply previously saved analytics choices. How information is used
Information received through a business enquiry is used to understand your requirement, respond to your request, arrange a discussion and consider a potential service relationship. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security.
